Group Yoga

The following group classes are offered at Jade Fitness in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC:

Flow Yoga

An alignment-based slow-flow yoga class that incorporates standing poses, forward folds, back bends, balancing poses, twists and mild inversions into creative, dynamic sequences. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques as well as breath-work are integrated into each class. Variations are offered and props are available to accommodate all levels of experience. With a consistent practice over time, yoga will help students gain strength and flexibility, release tension and develop mental clarity.
